Welcome to the Gudair® Online Accreditation Training Module

This module comprises a presentation which includes quizzes. The module can be paused, stopped and played using the controls at the bottom of the web page. Ensure your speakers are switched on to hear the narration which accompanies the presentation.

Quizzes also appear throughout the module – the correct answer should be clicked, using the mouse. For “Matching” questions, click and drag the statement on the left side of the page to the matching statement on the right side of the page.

Once you have completed the module, please print off a copy of the Gudair® Accreditation Quiz, enter your details at the bottom of the page, and fax or post back to Pfizer Animal Health (details at the bottom of the quiz).

You should allow 60 minutes to complete the module and to take the Accreditation Quiz.
